B & E Vineyard is a small family-owned and operated winery and vineyard that was planted in 1989 with 25 acres of Cabernet Sauvignon on its own rootstock. Co-owners Patricia and Jerry Bello added 25 acres of Merlot and eight acres of other reds, primarily to use for blending. The later plantings have been grafted onto a variety of different rootstocks, and the grapes have been contracted out to other wineries since the early 1990s.

In 1994, Patricia and Jerry began making their own wine, but they did not label any for sale until 2002, when they began with small lots. They have since increased production to 2,500 cases annually, with Patricia as the winemaker. Their goal is to reach a production level of 5,000 cases per year. B & E produces Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, and Syrah among other varietals and blends. The co-owners and winemaker can be found tending to the vines, making wine, or mingling in the tasting room.
