This is a Google Map of the route I took during my podcast. I have also marked several places of importance including parking, the farm, the trail head, and the trails I used.

When hiking in the park, it is important to be prepared, as it is for any hike. If it is the first time visiting park, it is be a good idea to bring a map of the park, just in case. Be sure to wear proper shoes, either hiking boots or shoes, or tennis shoes. Something that supports and protects the foot. Finally, bring water. Before going on any hike, be sure to check the weather and prepare for what the forecast is. Sunscreen and a hat for sunny, hot weather, and a jacket for chilly weather, a rain jacket for rain. Be aware when going to the park
that
the parking lots have limited space, especially on the weekends and
fill quickly.
Visitors often park on St. Joseph's Road, and walk into the park from
there. However, one should not park to near the raod to the park as
residences of the
area are not fans of having lots of extra cars in their way. Please
respect the local neighborhood. |
