Lynn Krausmann

Winemaker (Consultant)

Lynn Krausmann earned a degree in biology from Lawrence University in Appleton, Wisconsin, where she crafted her first and only Concord grape wine in the microbiology lab. Because of her fascination with the winemaking process, she moved to California where she received a degree in enology from the University of California, Davis and subsequently began her winemaking career.

Prior to joining Williams Selyem for the 2003 vintage, Lynn was a winemaker at Clos du Bois Wines where she was responsible for red varietals and played a role in growing the brand over the course of a dozen years. She worked as the Assistant Winemaker for Freemark Abbey for two years and also had vintage experiences at Robert Mondavi Winery in California and Cloudy Bay Wines in New Zealand.

Lynn was the winemaker for Esterlina Vineyards and Winery and Everett Ridge Vineyards & Winery for three years, beginning in 2010, and until December 2017 was the Director of Winemaking at Pellegrini Family Vineyards in the Russian River Valley.

Lynn lives in Sonoma County, California, with her twin sons, Aidan and Connor, and her daughter, Kyle.
