In the religion of Voodoo, there is one God, Bondye. This God is similar to the God of Islam,Judaism, and Christianity, for there is only one God that the people believe in. The main aspect ofthis religion is to heal people from illnesses. The healers heal with herbs, faith healing (with the help of spirits), as well as western medicine in the modern world. Another central aspect of Voodoo as a religion is the religious rites of religion, the service. This would include drums to provide music and dancing, which are both essential to the service. These services are usually held outside. Nearly everyone that is around to see the service also participate in it.
