Living in the same state for over 20 years made me constantly wonder what the rest of the world was really like. California, as beautiful as it is, has felt more and more like a bubble and has made me yearn to travel throughout the world. I took advantage of the opportunity to study abroad in Europe during the fall of 2010, and after 4 months "across the pond" I can honestly say my desire to see the world has only grown.

While in Europe I studied in London, UK and visited 7 countries including: France, Italy, Austria, Denmark, Germany, The Netherlands, and Switzerland. Europe is such a unique place because of its grand history and international accessibility, making meeting people from around the world a really enjoyable and easy thing to do.
