Larson Family Winery (Winemaker)
Carolyn Craig graduated from California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo in 2003 with a degree in Agribusiness and a minor in Wine and Viticulture. In August of that year, she joined the Larson Family Winery in Sonoma as a laboratory technician, becoming assistant winemaker the following year.
In 2006, Carolyn was named winemaker at the winery and became responsible for all phases of production. The winery produces some 3,000 cases of nine varietals and three blends, many of which are award-winning wines. The California State Fair named her 2005 Cabernet Sauvignon the "Best of California."
