One Line Pitch: The terrorist group responsible for bombing the Bay Bridge has captured Marcus and Darryl and forced them to infiltrate DHS databases via the Xnet to find out where the leader of the mission, Osama Bin Laden, is being held.

Inspiration: I will be using the film "Vantage Point" as a foundation that I will build off of using the ideas I present in my pitch (below).

One Paragraph Pitch: The setting of my film would begin in the DHS headquarters in San Francisco, as Marcus is being interrogated by Severe Haircut Lady. Upon release from the DHS the same day, Marcus is captured by the terrorists with Darryl under the cover of night very early the next morning. The filming style will be dramatic, yet packed with different shots and camera angles to adequately portray all the action that is going on. The public was informed that Osama Bin Laden was at the center of this terrorist bombing and he was arrested and taken into custody by rogue DHS agents. In the truck they were being transported in, the terrorists tell the boys that they have to do whatever they are told or their loved ones will pay the price. They need to get Osama back and success is the only option. As soon as they reach the terrorist headquarters, which turn out to be a lair constructed in the ocean under the Golden Gate Bridge, Marcus and Darryl are forced to try and infiltrate DHS bank accounts and steal all of their money using the Xnet. The boys are successful in doing so. They even set some money aside for themselves in the process, what they considered collateral for their harsh treatment while in DHS custody. The terrorists are technologically challenged and don’t know how to use modern day high tech gadgets and computers so they are completely oblivious to the fact that this is happening. When the DHS realizes their funds are gone they suspect Marcus and Darryl did it because they still had some suspicions about their work on the Xnet when they released them initially. The DHS wages a war on the terrorists and step up surveillance in the Bay Area ten-fold when they realize their funds are gone. They use Osama as bait. The terrorists tell Marcus to find a blueprint of the DHS headquarters through the Xnet so they can secretly infiltrate it and reclaim their comrade. Marcus does so. The day arrives for the terrorists’s mission to get Osama back and the terrorists arrive to a secluded location a mile out from the DHS headquarters. As they work out their plans among them, Darryl and Marcus are left in the truck devising a plan to escape. Marcus had gotten in touch with Barbara Stratford who worked for the San Francisco Times and scheduled a time to meet with her so that she could lead the CHP State Troopers to the location to arrest both the traitorous DHS agents and the terrorist group (also Osama who was in the DHS’s custody). The terrorists weren’t watching Marcus and Darryl very closely and they were able to escape and meet Barbara in downtown San Francisco. They meet up with her and give her all the details of the terrorists plan. The CHP arrives and arrests both groups of wrong-doers on the spot. They are both tried on the old criminal justice system and jailed for life. Darryl and Marcus get a day named after them in the Bay Area because of their heroic efforts.
